Rohit Sasvehalli Has been a coach and facilitator for the past 14 years and worked with thousands of people. He is deeply devoted to and fascinated by what lies inside of the human spirit. The profoundness of it, how magnanimous it is. To discover this immensity and let it travel free as a thing of rare beauty, that is the attempt in everything he does.
He is currently the founder of Mithrandir – Walking with a Wise Friend and Artistry of Heart. Previously the CoFounder of theJumpingCow. He has supported the overall strategy and building of the business at CoEvolve and was one was one of the fellows from the Tony Blair Faith Foundation. Where he helped raise awareness, resources for relocated slum communities by engaging people through mediums of inspiration, facilitating conversations and events that further dialogue.
He Has a deep understanding of the ontological coaching approach (focused on the being) and the subtler nuances of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Gestalt (Feeling centric approach) among many other approaches. Lately he has also been integrating these with many other creative methods of investigation such a film therapy, poetry, creative writing, games etc
He is one of India's youngest facilitators and has served as visiting faculty in various management colleges including Bharathi Vidya Bhavan, NITK Suratkal, M.P Birla, Jain college Bangalore, St Joseph’s Art, Science and college of commerce.
He has also been on the executive leadership team of People First, an organisation which had trained more than 14000 young people. He co-founded Alchemy Career Solutions a consultancy company placing the unemployed. These are the places where he learnt coaching hands on.
More recently, he has Coached and facilitated for middle & top management teams, at established organisations in different fields like Edumedia (Education), Sundaram Finance (Finance), Aditya Birla Group (Construction) , Naukri (99acres.com Property), Yahoo, PBEL (Global Real Estate Developers), Murray Culshaw (NGO), MIRAE asset Fund, Beyond Square Feet (Mall consultants), Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Hero Honda, RSB Group (Auto part manufacturers).
